Our Pre-Cotillion® young ladies and gentlemen from every section gather for their Instructional Dinner, practicing table manners, introductions and conversation. We are grateful for parent chaperones who help the evening run graciously. Belmont Regency and Belmont Victorian dine from 4:00–6:00 PM; Middleburg and River Creek dine from 6:30–8:30 PM.
Chaperone Instructions
Please arrive 15 minutes before your assigned seating to receive instructions: 3:45 PM for the first seating and 6:15 PM for the second. Chaperones receive a complimentary meal to enjoy with their table of children while demonstrating dining etiquette. Gentlemen are asked to wear suits or blazers with dress slacks, a dress shirt, dress shoes, and a tie. Ladies are asked to wear a semi-formal knee-length or longer dress with a covered neckline and dress shoes.
